Dan Wallace, PE
President
Dan Wallace has over 16 years’ experience in the fuel and fluid handling and industrial boiler industries serving critical facilities such as hospitals, universities, data centers, and financial institutions. Dan Wallace was previously the Executive Vice President in charge of Engineering and R&D at Preferred Utilities where he worked for 13 years. Dan holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering, is a licensed professional engineer in NY and CT, and is a named inventor on multiple patents.

Joe Wallace
Executive Vice President
Joe Wallace has over 14 years in the industrial fuel handling and boiler industries. Joe previously worked at Preferred Utilities as a field service engineer, plant manager, and was later responsible for NYC sales. Joe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Howard Wells
Director of Engineering
Howard has over 16 years of experience in the industrial fuel handling and boiler
industries. Howard previously worked at Preferred Utilities and held roles in field service and as a lead controls engineer. Howard holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in
Business Administration.

Chris Lavelle
Director of Manufacturing
Chris Lavelle has been in the fuel handling and industrial boiler industry for over 28
years. Chris has vast experience in manufacturing and fabrication and previously worked at Preferred Utilities and FoxDog Welding and Fabrication.

Christi Taylor
Director of Human Resources
Christi Taylor has over 12 years of experience in human resources and
administration and previously worked at Traffic Plan and PDI Health. Christi holds an Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in English.

Yair Kadmon
Director of Operations
Yair Kadmon has over 38 years of experience in various operational roles including roles as General Manager, President, and Vice President of Operations at various companies such as Polyhose, Bedford Precision, and Human Relations Media. Yair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Managerial Economics.

Bob Mangiapia
Vice President of Sales
Bob Mangiapia has over 26 years of experience in the industrial boiler, fluid handling, and automation industries serving critical facilities. Bob Mangiapia previously worked at ABLE Company, Victory Energy, and English Boiler in various executive roles. Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
